    Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as a Hospitality Team Member will include, but are not limited to:

    Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

    Greeting and assisting customers face-to-face with a warm and welcoming demeanor

    Accepting registrations and providing information on classes and programs

    Recommending appropriate classes for children based on their interests, needs, and experience

    Scheduling and coordinating birthday parties, camps, and special events

    Maintaining an organized, sanitary, and tidy lobby area for parents and children

    Additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership

    Experience and Requirements:

    Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus, but friendliness and competency are key charactertics

    Basic computer skills are essential, while proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as experience creating and customizing flyers/advertising is helpful

    Flexibility to be scheduled/cover shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
