Job Description:
As the Front Desk Host and Social Media Specialist, you will be the first impression of TCSC, serving as the initial point of contact for clients visiting our premises, calling us, and engaging with our online community. Your primary responsibility is to deliver top-notch customer service and effectively manage our social media presence to enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' perception of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Host:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Book rentals, events, and parties to ensure optimal use of resources.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Handle phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take accurate messages when necessary.
Assist clients in registering and enrolling in various programs.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with company goals and branding.
Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, etc. The primary tool for creative content is PosterMyWall.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Analyze social media metrics and trends to adjust the strategy for maximum engagement and growth.
Update our website to reflect current programs and offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with the management team to align social media activities with overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service, communications, or social media is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service and social media content and management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person, on the phone, and online.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with social media platforms and social media management tools.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
