    Sales & Welcome Team Lead

Are you looking for a job in a fun, one of a kind sports environment that helps kids and adults better themselves through sports, fitness and wellness? We have an opening for a responsible and mature, people-person to anchor sales at the front desk for a large, indoor sports arena. You would play a key role in shaping the customer experience from start to finish; inform customers of program details, answer any and all questions they may have and register them in the system to welcome them into our community and start them on their recreational journey.

You are a perfect fit for this job if:

You are energized by interacting with and helping people. Wherever you go, especially if it involves people, you tend to love what you do.

You’re a positive person and know how to look on the bright side. People also find you to be genuine, warm and caring.

You like making things easier for customers and colleagues. If there’s a roadblock, you want to smooth it away by addressing it head on with maturity.

You know that customers have challenging days sometimes, and seek to empower and educate them with empathy, grace and enthusiasm. For those times that customers are angry, you have thick skin and put their negative words in their place.

You take initiative to bring solutions to the table, not just problems. (But you aren’t afraid to point out where we’re going wrong or what can improve).

You’re comfortable with a little chaos and uncertainty. We move fast and sometimes decisions are made without all of the information.

You treat every conversation as an opportunity to get to know someone new and recommend our programs and services based on what they're looking for not trying to hard sell

Our company has been in operation for 20 years and people have either never heard of us or they’ve been coming to us for years. We’re now reaching the generational effect where the customers that started coming to our programs when they were a child, have grown up, graduated from college, got married and now bring their kids! As an employee you receive a free membership and half off all of our programs.
