    Job Title: Part-time NFL Flag Football Coordinator

    Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time NFL Flag Football Coordinator. This position will be responsible for organizing and coordinating our eight-week flag football season for boys and girls aged 5 to 12 years old. The coordinator will work closely with the league director and other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the NFL Flag Football season, including scheduling, team assignments, and game day logistics.
    • Recruit and train volunteer coaches and referees to ensure a high level of coaching and officiating during games.
    • Communicate with parents and participants regarding league information, schedules, and any changes or updates.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment is available and in good condition for practices and games.
    • Maintain accurate records of team standings, player statistics, and game results.
    • Enforce league rules and regulations to promote fair play and sportsmanship among participants.
    • Assist with the setup and breakdown of fields and equipment before and after each game.
    • Provide a positive and inclusive environment for all participants, promoting the values of teamwork, respect, and healthy competition.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in organizing and coordinating youth sports programs is preferred.
    • Knowledge of NFL Flag Football rules and regulations is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with participants, parents, and staff members.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be available to work evenings and weekends during the eight-week season.
    • Must pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications required for working with youth.
