    • Our well-established real estate company is seeking a highly experienced & licensed Real Estate Managing Broker to join our team. • In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing & supervising a team of real estate agents & ensuring they provide exceptional service to clients while achieving or exceeding sales goals. • The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the real estate industry, excellent management & coaching skills & a deep understanding of industry regulations & best practices. Responsibilities: • Manage & supervise a team of real estate agents • Provide guidance & feedback to ensure excellence in client service, sales performance &compliance • Broker Real Estate Contracts • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and partners in the real estate industry • Ensure compliance with industry regulations & company policies & procedures • Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide coaching and training • Collaborate with marketing & administrative teams to ensure seamless operations and sales support • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations & best practices • Oversee transactions, ensure timely & accurate completion and documentation • Manage/maintain accurate client/sales data using CRM • Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts Qualifications: • Active Real Estate Broker license • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales • Proven success in managing & coaching a team • Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office & real estate MLS, CRM • Ability to work independently & collaboratively • Resilient to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment • Enjoys learning and investing in others Compensation: $35,000 - $100,000
