Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance for our phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly • Learn our CRM - knowing the ins and outs and absolutely everything it takes to use the system to its fullest and able to train others to use the CRM - computer and mobile version • Keep up to date on the latest updates and new releases from our CRM and teach others • Oversee an assistant Lead Coordinator • Manager our phone and routing systems • And be able to assist others with onboarding and setting up their computer, phones, printers, etc Qualifications: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Solid understanding of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, network systems, phone systems, and other technological equipment in the office Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux operations Top-notch customer service skills and driven to make our business succeed Compensation: $32,000 - $42,000 (depending on experience)
