ABOUT LIMBIX: LIMBIX IS A DISTRIBUTED TEAM BUILDING SMARTPHONE-BASED PRESCRIPTION DIGITAL THERAPEUTICS FOR ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH. ABOUT THE ROLE: WE ARE HIRING A FULL TIME MARKETING MANAGER TO LAUNCH LIMBIX PRODUCTS TO PROVIDERS AND PATIENTS, BUILD LIMBIX’S BRAND, EXECUTE CLINICAL TRIAL RECRUITMENT, AND MANAGE MARKETING AGENCY PROJECTS. THE MARKETING MANAGER REPORTS TO THE COO AND WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CONTENT, DESIGN, SALES AND CLINICAL TEAMS. AS LIMBIX’S FIRST MARKETING HIRE YOU WILL PLAY A CRITICAL ROLE IN DRIVING OUR ORGANIZATION’S GROWTH PLAN.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
DEVELOP AND EXECUTE MARKETING STRATEGIES ACROSS A VARIETY OF MARKETING CHANNELS THAT LEAD PROVIDERS TO USE LIMBIX THERAPEUTICS WITH THEIR PATIENTS
MANAGE EXTERNAL MARKETING AGENCIES TO DEVELOP LIMBIX’S BRAND THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, PR, WEBINARS, ETC.
PARTNER CLOSELY WITH COMMERCIALIZATION, CLINICAL, AND CONTENT TEAMS TO DEVELOP LIMBIX COMMS AND KEY MESSAGES
WORK CROSS FUNCTIONALLY TO DEVELOP MARKETING CONTENT, WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE DESIGN AND CONTENT TEAMS
MEASURE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS SUCCESS ACROSS CHANNELS FOR RESOURCE PRIORITIZATION
RUN DIRECT RESPONSE CAMPAIGNS FOR CLINICAL TRIAL RECRUITMENT, WORKING CLOSELY WITH RESEARCH TEAMS
ENSURE BRAND MESSAGING IS ON POINT AND CONSISTENT ACROSS ALL CHANNELS, WITH A CAREFUL EYE TOWARDS REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
LEAD AND PLAN ALL EVENT MARKETING TO ENSURE LIMBIX
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 YEARS OF MARKETING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY AT A HIGH GROWTH STARTUP
ABILITY TO EXECUTE AT A HIGH LEVEL ON EVENT MARKETING, DIGITAL MARKETING, AND PRODUCT MARKETING
