    Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care through the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of diverse mental health conditions. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and children using evidence-based practices. You will assist clients in navigating life’s challenges, improving coping and communication skills, and achieving emotional well-being. Clinical supervision is available to support licensure advancement and ongoing professional development.     Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans.

    Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

    Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

    Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on client growth and emotional resilience.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

    Conduct regular wellness checks and monitor ongoing client progress.

    Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, ethical guidelines, and facility protocols.

    Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client-facing hours per week.

    Participate in supervision and case consultation as required or desired to support licensure and clinical growth.

    Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

    Current and valid limited state licensure (e.g., LLPC, LLMSW, or equivalent based on state regulations).

    Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and up-to-date CAQH profile.

    Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.

    Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or community setting preferred.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.

    Excellent time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle scheduling and documentation.

    Commitment to ethical practice, continued learning, and personal and professional development.

    Note: Supervision is available to support limited licensed therapists working toward full licensure.
