Overview

Busy urgent care centers across Miami-Dade County are seeking Florida-licensed Limited Radiologic Technologists (LMRT/BXMO) for a multi-tech outpatient role with consistent hours and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

This position is ideal for LMRTs who enjoy variety, fast-paced care, and working directly with patients in an outpatient setting.

Schedule

• Full-time hours

• 4×10s or 3×12s

• Day shifts

• Rotating weekends may apply

• Consistent weekly scheduling

Compensation

• $22 – $32/hour

• Weekly pay

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability

Responsibilities

• Perform limited radiographic exams within BXMO scope

• Safely operate X-ray equipment and follow radiation safety protocols

• Assist with:

  • Patient intake and vital signs

  • Rooming and patient preparation

  • Basic clinical support and documentation

• Deliver professional, patient-focused care in an urgent care environment

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida LMRT/BXMO license

• Current BLS certification

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred

• Urgent care or outpatient experience

• Multi-tech or medical assisting background
