Limitless Life Counseling, LLC, an innovative team of highly trained professionals, is seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Client Care Coordinators to join us. We provide mental health services to individuals, families, children, adolescents, men, women, and couples. The Mental Health Client Care Coordinator candidate must be able to work in a busy, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a professional attitude and providing a quality experience for our clients. This team position requires experience in Health Client Care, multi-line phone systems, scheduling, handling new client calls, scanning/faxing, data entry, HIPAA compliance, ensuring paperwork is received and complete insurance verification and more.  This team position must  be dependable, and reliable, as team members as well as clients depend on this person daily.

Requires experience in the Medical or Mental Health Care Field or a similar related field. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•Work at the reception desk, answer phones, greet and communicate with clients/patients and providers. • Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling client/patient appointments. • Checking in clients/patients and properly documenting registration. • Insurance verification and verification of client/patient demographics. • Requesting required referrals. • Filing and retrieving all medical records/files. • Collecting co-pays and cash from clients/patients, getting authorization on credit cards. • Entering charges, payments, and balancing the day in the computer. • Professionally interacting with all Employees and Clients. QUALIFICATIONS: • Recent Medical / Mental Health / Insurance Billing or receptionist/office/clerical/customer service experience in a health care field • Knowledge of computers and software programs • Proficient with window-based programs • Excellent written and verbal skills • Professional in all aspects of the business • Confidential and HIPAA compliant with all dealings with Employees and Clients • Outgoing, friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, team oriented

This business emerged as a result of another owned, developed and operated inspirational website text messaging business that Becky Waggaman founded in 2009 that had reached thousands of subscribers. This website was designed to inspire and reach those that wanted further support and could also not be reached within our office. This website led to doing business as Limitless Life, which offered online life coaching services and consultation to many people nationwide. With the idea of inspiring and helping others, the passion continued to impact those within our community. With over 100 years of combined experience, Limitless Life Counseling emerged to offer community support with counseling, life coaching, and consultation. Limitless Life Counseling also serves others at a national level with educational and empowering presentations, life coaching, counseling, mental health programs, group therapy, an intensive outpatient program, and mental wellness education. ​​Limitless Life Counseling believes and values each person.
