    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Expert, you will interact daily with potential and existing customers, helping to resolve inquiries and providing helpful information. 

    We are looking for a natural problem solver with the ability to convey information clearly to ensure the best possible customer experience. This position is an excellent career opportunity for someone with a proactive, optimistic approach combined with a real passion for providing a first-class service to the customer.

    Salary range: $39000 - $49000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receive and resolve, within established guidelines, customer issues, questions and concerns. 

    • Monitor, resolve, document, and prepare reports on all customer complaints, driver route sheets, and call-in sheets and all customer problems relating to operations and coordinate with sales.

    • Research and complete customer refunds and submit completed paper works for approval before being submitted to Accounts Receivable for payment.

    • Download, distribute, and answer all customer questions received via email.

    • Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on employee partnership, cooperation, and positive telephone and email manners.

    • Make sure the customer service area is neat always and orderly and ensure proper greeting of all visitors.

    • Support marketing and sales efforts with industry events, exhibits, or other sales-based events when necessary.

    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous customer or client service work or related experience preferred.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

    • Able to accomplish a variety of tasks in an efficient, organized manner.

    • Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals required.
