    Sam Galloway Lincoln, a respected and longstanding leader in Southwest Florida’s automotive community, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to join our elite sales team. If you’re passionate about premium vehicles, delivering white-glove service, and helping clients find the perfect Lincoln, we want to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    Provide an exceptional, personalized sales experience for every guest

    Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through follow-up and concierge-level service

    Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Lincoln lineup, features, technology, and competitive advantages

    Guide customers through the full sales process—from initial greeting to vehicle delivery

    Maintain a professional showroom presence and uphold Sam Galloway Lincoln’s luxury brand standards

    Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

    Stay current on product updates, incentives, and industry trends

    Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

    Qualifications

    Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required; luxury or high-line brand experience strongly preferred

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-service excellence

    Ability to learn automotive technology and explain features clearly to clients

    Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record

    Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
