    As the Sales Manager, you will assume a crucial role in managing our sales team, encompassing responsibilities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, and sales department analysis. Your primary objective will be to guide, motivate, and cultivate the sales team to surpass both their individual targets and the overarching objectives of the team. What We Offer: • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities • A collaborative and supportive work environment • The opportunity to make a significant impact on our team's growth and success Interview Process: • In-person Interview (1 hour) • Attend Sales Team Meeting (1 hour) • Final Interview (1 hour) Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales goals, and providing guidance and support to ensure both partner agents and Lincoln Select achieve set goals • Recruitment: Ensure growth of the sales team by meeting recruitment goals and identifying, recruiting, and onboarding, talented real estate agents who align with our company culture and values • Agent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agents, fostering trust and loyalty • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and objectives that align with the company's goals and vision • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies accordingly Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a high-performing sales team • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data and KPIs to effectively achieve agent and team goals • Strong recruiting and coaching skills, with a knack for building relationships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Driven to consistently achieve and exceed recruitment and sales goals • Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment and sales strategies • Ability to develop, maintain, and follow SOPs • Proficiency in CRM software • A real estate license is not required Compensation: $60,000 - 120,000 yearly
