Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Now, let’s talk about you. Are you ready to: • Hunt down those buyers and sellers like a pro • Turn incoming leads into gold • Hold buyer and seller consultations • Negotiate offers at a high skill level Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Qualifications? We keep it real: • High school grad • Nebraska Real Estate License (or the willingness to tackle a 120-hour licensing course). • High level of social skills because, let's face it, this business is all about people Here’s how we roll with the interview process: • Application and DISC assessment - please start this process only if you’ve enrolled, or are seriously considering enrollment in licensing classes. • An intro chat with our Director of Sales about real estate licensing - we keep it breezy • Support study materials throughout the licensing process - your personal cheerleader, minus the pom poms. Once you’re licensed: • Attend a Sales Team Meeting - it’s like a power hour of awesomeness. • In-Person Interview - it’s practically a rendezvous with destiny. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
