Lincoln Tech's QUEENS, NY campus is seeking an experienced ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONICS TECHNICINANS to oversee the Electrical and Electronic Systems Technology program as EDUCATION SUPERVISOR and to help achieve Lincoln Tech's mission: To provide superior education and training to our students for in-demand careers in a supportive, accessible learning environment, transforming students' lives and adding value to their communities. This position is part of the campus management team and reports to the Director of Education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise current program Instructors, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
• Assist in recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training faculty
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
• Be responsible for the management of the college fleet and upkeep of all machinery
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program

Requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
• Minimum 3 yrs hands-on experience as a ELECTRICAL AND/OR ELECTRONIC TECHINCIAN experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED

• 1+ year(s) of management experience
