Responsibilities: • Oversee the administrative aspects of home buyer and seller transactions, ensuring seamless progress from contract initiation to closing • Assist real estate agents, clients, and other involved parties in navigating paperwork and facilitating the completion of essential escrow documents such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Help agents coordinate inspections and assist in negotiation and completion of required repairs as necessary • Streamline sellers' approval of buyer's offers and counteroffers to support a smooth sales process • Verify all documents for accuracy, including signatures and dates, to ensure transactional efficiency • Coordinate and attend closing-related events, including scheduling moving arrangements • Maintain client records in the database system, submit the necessary documentation for review, and track transactional activity for compliance Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is required, preferably some college experience • NC real estate license is preferred but not required. Actively pursuing a NC real estate license is a plus • 2+ years experience in real estate transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, mortgages, attorneys, and lenders • Experience researching permits, register of deeds, etc. • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Located within a 25 mi radius of Cary, NC. • Ability and willingness to work in the office as this position is not remote • Ability to work some nights and weekends Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience
