We are looking to employ a highly driven Full-time sales person in our retail location in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

To be successful as a Full-time sales person, you should demonstrate exceptional sales and communication skills. A top-performing Full-time sales person should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication / grammar skills required - will be speaking with customers in-person, over the phone and through email.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications or the desire to learn.
• Sewing knowledge is a plus.
• Able to lift sewing machines.

Full-time compensation includes hourly base plus sales commissions.
