POSITION SUMMARY
First Command has a deeply embedded foundation with longstanding values and a strong culture of service. In order to become even more client-centric, the organization is seeking to add training specialist in order to support the training function. The Training Specialist serve as a producer for the facilitator of all service training offerings. In addition, the Training Specialist will become certified in all Service & Support offerings while driving improvement in the quality and consistency of experiences being delivered by our service and support teams. We deliver quality experiences that are effective, easy, and enjoyable for our clients with a goal of driving loyalty with clients, Advisors, and service associates.
Recognizing the service quality as being key in fulfilling our Mission requires an ongoing face to face coaching relationship with a Financial Advisor, our training team plays a critical and complementary role to the Home Office service teams who support the Advisor in servicing our client’s needs throughout their lifecycle. Our service teams represent a strategic support component of our service delivery strategy which strives to deliver a seamless client experience.
The Training Specialist will work with identified partners to update and distribute course materials to participants, ensure the administration around course delivery is organized, and that training events are clearly communicated to participants and stakeholders. Additionally, this role will facilitate collaboration across Field Force Training, Leadership Development and Field Support Operations to ensure training value is understood, obtained, and sustained. The Training Specialist will be an ambassador for establishing a brand for service.
