Center Director

POSITION SUMMARY:
Leading a team of skilled educators, the Center Director oversees the daily operation of the learning center, managing client and professional relationships and employee performance. The Center Director provides stellar customer service while engaging and following up with clients to increase student enrollment. In addition, the Center Director represents Lindamood-Bell to the community by presenting at conferences, events, and schools and developing and maintaining professional relationships.
A Center Director must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher and have a passion for the field of learning and for helping others. A Center Director should have experience leading a successful team and have a proven track record in management and sales. A polished and dynamic public speaker, a Center Director must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:
