Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Complete projects and repair orders in a timely fashion

Maintain appearance of properties

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Painting, drywall repair, carpentry, cleaning, and grounds work

Be able to troubleshoot appliance issues, electrical issues, and HVAC systems

Be able to move appliances and shovel snow

Assist in making ready of apartments

Must be available to work in an "On-Call Rotation" and be available for after hours emergency maintenance calls every 3 weeks

​Qualifications:

Must maintain a professional and courteous manner

Must own your own hand tools

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle

Ability to handle physical workload

HVAC Certified is a plus.

Deadline and detail-oriented

Five years of experience in maintenance or trade fields is prefered
