Job Description – Collections Representative
The Collections Representative also serves as customer support for both students and Campuses.
I. Responsibilities
A. Answer in-bound phone calls from borrowers. B. Proactively contacts borrowers with past due balances to offer possible solutions and resolve delinquency.
C. Assist in processing borrower payments and/or registration fees as needed. D. Review loan applications for accuracy and process loans. E. Achieves consistent results by meeting or exceeding expected individual and department goals related to the collections of current/delinquent accounts.
