We prefer candidates with 5+ years of tax preparation experience including background in accounting, bookkeeping and payroll. DAY TO DAY, YOU'LL...

• Conduct tax interviews with clients
• Increase retention of all clients
• Offer additional products and services (Bookkeeping and Payroll)
• Generate business growth by supporting business-to-business sales activities (Commission and Bonus pay are available)
• Provide IRS audit support & attend audits as needed
• Further develop tax expertise by attending company-paid training
• Mentor and support teammates

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience completing individual returns
• Tax planning and audit support
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
• Successful completion of all IRS and State licensing requirements including Enrolled Agent Certification, CTEC,
• Knowledge and experience with a Windows-based tax software (Drake Tax Preparation).
