About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Lindsay Windows in North Mankato, MN. As a leader in the window manufacturing industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and high-quality products to our clients. Responsibilities:

Manage a team of customer service representatives and oversee daily office operations

Responsible for 3-5 direct reports

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions

Use and represent Lindsay Window's Core Values in all daily functions

Aid and assist finance in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

To be successful, the candidate must have:

Previous experience in a customer service management role, 3-5+ years of applicable work experience

Previous experience working with a sales team and vendors/contractors, 1+ years of applicable experience preferred

Previous experience managing direct reports required

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, ability to adapt to new software

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Building or Construction experience helpful

Rate:

$50,000-$65,000/year. Salary Exempt

Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
