LINE COOK POSITION
Our high end, high volume steak house is looking for both full time and part time positions for our and Fairlawn location.
Our Line cooks will be preparing and cooking high end ingredients for our loyal guests, there for we will be looking for the following qualities. Professional attitude – Willingness to Learn – Well Groomed Understanding of Team Work – Ability to Follow Recipes – Punctual – Works Well Under Pressure
Flexible hours are a must, availability to cover one or multiple shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
High Volume Experience a must.
LINE COOK RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepping, stocking and maintaining your station
Understanding proper sanitation
Serve Safe Certification
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and follow recipes
Proper Knife Skills
Understanding of Temperatures
Compensation – Hourly wage based upon experience
