    Position: Line Chef ($20- $22 and hour)
    Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Portland next to the Lloyd center

    What You'll Do – Your Role on the Line

    As a Line Chef, you will be hands-on in executing high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity, owning your station, and contributing to a seamless kitchen experience.

    • Craft exceptional dishes that are inspired from the Executive Chef and meet exacting Hilton standards.

    • Maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service.

    • Support cross-station collaboration , especially during high-volume periods.

    • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation practices.

    • Demonstrate leadership through initiative and teamwork.

    What You Bring – Skills that Shine

    • Experience as a Line Cook or Chef in a fast-paced or upscale kitchen.

    • Strong grasp of culinary fundamentals, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.

    • Excellent organizational skills and a calm presence under pressure.

    • Passion for hospitality, food presentation, and continuous improvement.

    • Culinary certification or degree is a bonus but not required.
