The Role
A well-established, high-volume food operation inside a major Philadelphia public market is hiring a full-time Line Cook. The menu focuses on short-order, pub-style comfort food, including breakfast items, burgers, cheesesteaks, and fried foods.
This role is ideal for a cook who enjoys a fast pace, consistent volume, and daytime-only schedules in a structured, team-oriented kitchen.

What You’ll Do
Prepare breakfast and short-order items such as eggs, burgers, cheesesteaks, and fried foods
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Execute recipes with speed, accuracy, and consistent portioning
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Support a respectful, team-focused back-of-house environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous breakfast, grill, or short-order cooking experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred)
