A well-established, high-volume tavern-style kitchen located inside a landmark public market is hiring a full-time Line Cook. The menu focuses on pub-style comfort food made with quality ingredients, including breakfast items, cheesesteaks, burgers, and fried foods.
This role is ideal for a cook who thrives in a short-order, fast-paced kitchen and values consistency, teamwork, and daytime-only schedules.

What You’ll Do
Prepare breakfast and short-order items such as eggs, burgers, cheesesteaks, and fried foods
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Execute recipes with accuracy, speed, and consistent portioning
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Support a respectful, team-oriented back-of-house environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous breakfast, grill, or short-order cooking experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred)
