    Are you passionate about preparing great food and working in a fast-paced kitchen? We're looking for dependable, motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Whether you prefer morning or evening shifts, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality meals and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Shift Availability: We are currently hiring for both AM and PM shifts. Applicants should indicate their preferred shift when applying. Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. • Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations with all necessary ingredients, equipment, and supplies for each shift. • Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work to ensure efficient kitchen operations. • Maintain food quality, portion consistency, and proper food temperatures throughout service. • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area. • Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, dating, and rotating food products using proper food handling procedures. • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of guest orders. • Support banquet and special event food preparation as needed. • Complete opening or closing duties based on the assigned shift, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the kitchen for the next service period. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the culinary team and overall guest experience. **** Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen preferred. • ServSafe Food Handler preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe. • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety and sanitation practices. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Dependable attendance and punctuality. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation: $18 hourly
