With a reputation for heartfelt hospitality, thoughtful scratch-made food, and a year-to-year award-winning cocktail program, we’re looking for experienced cooks to join our culinary team.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the Kitchen: You’ve worked in a busy kitchen and are confident on the line. You’re comfortable in a scratch-cooking environment and can keep pace during the rush.
Attention to Detail: Every plate matters. You take pride in consistency, presentation, and making sure every dish lives up to the Amaro’s Table standard.
Positive Attitude: You’re team-focused, solution-oriented, and bring great energy to every shift, even during peak hours.
Willingness to Learn: Whether it’s refining techniques or learning new ones, you’re always ready to grow and improve your craft.

What You’ll Do:
Cook from Scratch: Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and brand standards, focusing on flavor, freshness, and consistency.
Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean and organized station, following food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift.
Support the Team: Help with prep, stock, and service flow. Pitch in where needed to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
Focus on Quality: Ensure food is cooked and plated to perfection — even when the kitchen is slammed.
Communicate Effectively: Work closely with other cooks, prep staff, and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
