Job Title: Line Cook

About Us: We are a busy, customer-focused restaurant in Atlanta dedicated to serving high-quality meals in a friendly and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food Handler certification preferred
Schedule:
Flexible shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays as needed)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
