Job Summary Seeking an individual to join our small team! We are a small breakfast and lunch restaurant, serving fast, simple but delicious food. Our team players rotate between cooking, running the register, prep and clean up. (Helping where needed) *We don't have servers. Will only be working with 1 or 2 employees at a time. Looking for someone who can work as a team player and also independently. Someone who will take pride in the food they serve, respect their workspace and fellow teammates and provide friendly service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
Follow all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but will train the right individual
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Reliable and Responsible
