Department: Back of House (BOH) Reports To: Sous Chef > Executive Chef Location: North Scottsdale Pay: $20.00 + / hour
This role will be located at one of Clive Collective's Concepts in North Scottsdale. Modern Italian Steakhouse |or| Asian-American Fusion Restaurant & Sushi.
Job Summary PM Line Cooks execute dinner service with precision and urgency. This role is responsible for producing consistently high-quality dishes while working clean, fast, and in sync with the kitchen team.
Differences from AM
● Focus on higher-volume meal period rush.
● Responsible for setup, breakdown and deep cleaning.
● Flexibility for late shifts and weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities
● Set up and stock stations with necessary prep and equipment.
● Prepare and execute breakfast and lunch menu items according to CLIVE's standards.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station throughout service.
● Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
● Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks as needed.
● Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and FOH staff.
● Participate in opening and midday cleaning duties.
Skills & Qualifications
● 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred.
● Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques.
● Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handlers Card.
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
Work Environment & Expectations
● Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance.
● Must be reliable and on time for early AM shifts.
● Positive attitude and strong team ethic required.
