    Eden Resorts & Suites is looking for a Line Cook to join our exceptional kitchen team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and organizing the prep station, maintaining adequate inventory levels, and upholding proper sanitation standards. This position may require availability on weekends and holidays. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Responsibilities: • Prepare the fundamental components of each menu item. • Learn and follow standard portion sizes and meal preparation procedures. • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, prep areas, and food storage spaces according to standards. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to assist with portion prep for other shifts as needed. • Monitor product freshness and rotate items according to the restaurant’s schedule. • Operate the Char Grill and check steak temperatures to ensure quality. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • High level of professionalism • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong teamwork skills • Customer service ensures every guest has an outstanding experience Education And Experience Required: • A minimum of one (1) year of à la carte, line cooking experience in a high-volume environment is required • A high school diploma or GED is preferred Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift at least twenty-five (25) pounds • Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping • Ability to stand for extended periods of time Compensation: $16 hourly
