    Hiring for Part Time, 20-25 hours per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We close at 7pm on Sundays! Opportunities for more hours during vacations/events!

    This job is mostly "expo". Plating, wraps, flatbreads, salads, etc.

    Our kitchen team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating The Brass Tap's menu items according to recipe procedures.

    Responsibilities

    Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage

    Follow safety and sanitation procedures

    Follow recipe procedures

    Keep equipment clean and organized

    Complete duties without constant supervision

    Requirements

    Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement

    Available to work weekend

    Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English

    Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds

    Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
