Job Summary
We are looking for candidates to join our team at the Floating Green Restaurant at the beautiful Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course.
The candidates will be responsible for making prep/stock lists. Keeping the line clean, organized and stocked. Working as part of a team. Following sanitation standards at all times. Preparing each dish with the guest in mind first and foremost. The breakfast line is in charge of opening up the restaurants. Making sure the line is stocked and ready for the morning operations. The lunch line is support for the breakfast line and in charge of successfully serving lunch service & feeding the crew/staff members daily in a timely manner. The dinner line is in charge of our fine dining late-night menu. They are in charge of keeping the line stocked, cleaned and doing the nightly deep cleaning duties. Dinner is also responsible for proper shutdown after the day's operations.
Must be available for weekends and nights.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OPPORTUNITIES
Wage: $19-$20 DOE (event tips when applicable)
Dinner Line Cook: $20-$23
