Line Cook position summary:

-Be able to take direction from the Chef de Cuisine -Must be able to work around hot stove / oven -Available nights and weekends -Follow recipes in a scratch kitchen -Be able to work multiple stations both hot and cold -Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift

Experience 1 - 2 year experience in a high volume kitchen preferred Experience in a high volume kitchen
