Responsibilities & Skills

• 2+ years of kitchen experience (Line Cook or similar)
• Proficient with grill, fry, and sauté stations
• Consistent execution of dishes to spec
• Knowledge of food safety & sanitation (certification preferred)
• Assist with inventory & ordering
• Strong teamwork & communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand for long shifts
• Lead or support a small team (under 5 staff)
