A Line Cook candidate will need to be passionate about Southern style food and BBQ, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be physically capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, and be flexible with their schedule. They will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, communicating effectively with others, and performing various duties as assigned by management.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What the Candidate Will Do:
Prepare food items according to recipes and standards
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff and management
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Must be able to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays
