Job Summary

As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing and executing high-quality dishes with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and value being part of a supportive, team-oriented team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare all food items in a sanitary, timely, and consistent manner
Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Execute proper plate presentation and garnish setups for all dishes
Handle, store, label, and rotate food products according to safety standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and team members
Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Manager
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of cooking or line cook experience
Working knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations
Understanding of quality, presentation, and food cost control
Supervisory Responsibility:
None
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional hospitality and culinary environment. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Physical Requirements
