    Description : Experienced line cooks ensuring the preparation and presentation of healthy dishes through the correct execution of recipes and maintaining order and efficiency within their workstation.

    Main Functions and Responsibilities

    • Execute recipes and technical specifications defined by the Head Cook with precision, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to restaurant standards and service times. • Comply with established food safety, temperature, food handling, and cleaning protocols (ServSafe or equivalent). • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked before, during, and after each shift. • Participate in the setup, restocking, and dismantling of the production line. • Assist in inventory control, portioning, waste, and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). • Report any issues related to products, machinery, or equipment to the Head Cook. • Assist in receiving and storing supplies, verifying quality and delivery conditions. • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork, communication, and respect. • Comply with the dress code, punctuality, and personal hygiene standards established by the company.

    Requirements :

    • Valid documents to work in the United States. • 1 to 2 years of experience in kitchens, preferably in healthy food, brunch, or contemporary cuisine. • Knowledge of healthy cooking techniques. • Availability to work, including weekends and holidays. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods. • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure. • Food Safety Certification • Own vehicle • Verifiable work references in the US • Ability to communicate in Spanish and basic English (understanding orders and technical specifications).

    : • Accurately execute the recipes and technical specifications defined by the Head Cook, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to restaurant standards and service times. • Comply with established food safety, temperature, food handling and cleaning protocols (ServSafe or equivalent). • Mantener su estación de trabajo limpia, organizada y abastecida antes, durante y después de cada turno. • Participar en el montaje, reposición y desmontaje de la línea de producción. • Colaborar en el control de inventarios, porciones, mermas y rotación de productos (FIFO/FEFO). • Reportar al Head Cook cualquier incidencia relacionada con productos, maquinaria o equipo. • Asistir en la recepción y almacenamiento de insumos, verificando calidad y condiciones de entrega. • Contribuir al ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo, fomentando el trabajo en equipo, la comunicación y el respeto. • Cumplir con el código de vestimenta, puntualidad y normas de higiene personal establecidas por la empresa.

    Requisitos: • Documentos válidos para trabajar en Estados Unidos. • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cocinas preferiblemente en conceptos de comida saludable, brunch o cocina contemporánea. • Conocimientos en técnicas de cocción saludable • Disponibilidad para trabajar incluyendo fines de semana y feriados. • Capacidad física para estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo. • Uso efectivo del tiempo y trabajar bajo presión. • Certificación en Seguridad Alimentaria • Vehículo propio • Referencias laborales verificables en EE. UU. • Habilidad para comunicarse en español e inglés básico (comprensión de órdenes y fichas técnicas).
