**Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at [Hotel Name]. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs for the line to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Assist with the preparation and setup of kitchen for service.
- Receive feedback and make appropriate adjustments to improve the quality and presentation of dishes.
- Participate in daily kitchen duties, including but not limited to prepping, cleaning, and inventory maintenance.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Culinary degree or certificate preferred.
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
