What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail
• Work efficiently during busy service hours
• Follow recipes and kitchen standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Support the team and communicate clearly during service

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook experience preferred
• Experience in an Indian kitchen is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
