    Join one of Washingtons premier wineries! Maryhill Winery is seeking line cooks to join our Woodinville Bistro staff. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available come join our team!

    Responsibilities and Standards:

    Maintain a positive, team and service-oriented attitude.

    Follow prep and line procedures as set by culinary leadership.

    Accurately follow recipes and food specifications.

    Prepare menu items to established par levels with the highest quality standards.

    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Ability to self-manage and work independently.

    Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service.

    Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and staff safety from potential hazards.

    Other duties as assigned as it relates to the team environment.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.

    Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

    Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in a busy environment.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.

    Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school training is a plus.

    WA food handlers card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification.

    Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

    Stand/Walk: Frequently

    Lift 25lbs: Frequently

    Lift 50lbs: Occasionally

    Bending, stooping: Frequently

    Reaching, Pushing, Pulling: Frequently

    Exposed to hot/humid environments: Constantly

    Work for long periods on feet with frequent walking and standing

    Perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, some twisting, and stooping

    Perform fine hand manipulation including handling small and large objects, chopping, using kitchen equipment, as well as working with and around sharp objects, including knives and slicers

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Competitive hourly rate starting $20.00-$26.00 Per hour DOE

    Participation in tip pool
