About the Role:

Join Pita Kitchen as a Restaurant Cook and be a part of our vibrant team in Glendale, AZ! We are passionate about serving delicious Mediterranean cuisine and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes according to recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.

Assist in inventory management and food ordering.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Participate in menu planning and development.

Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Food Handler's Certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for food and culinary creativity.
