Join our dynamic team at Fratellinos Italian Restaurant as a Line Cook / Pizza and Oven Specialist! We are looking for passionate culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to creating exceptional Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, with a focus on pizza and oven specialties.

Ensure all food is prepared according to our high standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Participate in menu development and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and best practices.

Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:
