We are seeking pizza maker, oven specialist that can also help with other Italian plates for a night part time job, needs to be available on weekends. Able to make and work with dough, includes stretching and sheeting out dough in pans using our processes, recipes and systems. We will train you, but need at least a year experience. Job duties include cleaning at the end of the night and what it's necessary to keep a clean kitchen. Prepare Dough, Meats, Vegetables Fresh Daily and end of shift clean up. You must have discipline and come to work on time, with a positive team attitude and ready to work in a fast paced environment. Kitchen personnel also receive cash tips (about $2.00/hr.).
