    Key Responsibilities: Prep and stock stations with necessary supplies before service. Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff. Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure consistency and quality of food in taste, appearance, and portions. Maintain a clean and organized workstation during the shift. Assist in food prep (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.). Comply with sanitation and safety standards per health regulations. Communicate clearly with team members and follow chef instructions. Help receive and store deliveries as needed. Participate in deep cleaning of equipment and kitchen areas.

    Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and procedures. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg). Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
