    1824 Kitchen and Bar, the signature restaurant at the new Marriott properties at the Georgia National Fairgrounds, is seeking talented and passionate Line Cooks to join our opening culinary team. We’re not your typical hotel restaurant — at 1824 Kitchen and Bar, we take pride in real cooking. Our menu is crafted from scratch using fresh ingredients — no prepackaged, frozen, or microwaved foods. Every dish is prepared with care and creativity by our in-house culinary team. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards • Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control for all dishes • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods Qualifications: • Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
