Ro Hyde Park is hiring line cooks. We're looking for someone who can hold a station under pressure, whose plates the kitchen leadership can count on to be consistent every time, service after service.

As a Line Cook at Ro Hyde Park, you'll be a key player on our culinary team, executing dishes with consistency, speed, and precision during high-volume service. You'll work station-by-station alongside our kitchen team to bring our menu to life, maintaining the quality and craftsmanship our guests expect on every plate. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this role — these are our busiest and most important service times, and being there for them is central to the job.

What You'll Do

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout and at the end of your shift
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Working knowledge of basic culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Florida Food Handler Certification

Physical Requirements

• Remain standing for extended periods throughout the shift
• Bending, squatting, and lifting up to 15 lbs. for short distances
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with varying noise levels
