Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Greek-American fusion dishes

Present food in an appealing manner, reflecting the vibrant and innovative aesthetic of Greek-American fusion

Maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and let team know as needed

Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards

Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent time management skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
